He was born in Athens in 1980. He graduated in 2004 from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with grade "Very Good". After graduation, he was admitted in three postgraduate law programs, namely the postgraduate program of Civil Procedure Law, of the Law School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, the postgraduate program of Law and European Unification, of the Department of Law, of the Panteion School, and the postgraduate program of Criminal and Criminology of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. From the above postgraduate programs, he chose to attend the postgraduate program of Criminal and Criminology, of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from where he graduated in 2007 obtaining the Master’s Degree with grade "Excellent, 10", receiving a Scholar from the National Foundation of Scholarship (N.F.S.), during the period 2004 – 2005 of the first year of attendance of the above postgraduate program.
He is a member of the Athens Bar Association has been practicing law since 2006 covering the full range of criminal law with particular emphasis on financial crime, crimes against property, crimes against physical integrity and life, crimes against justice and honor and medical negligence, while he has been particularly concerned with domestic violence crimes and with the full range of criminal cases that arise in family disputes. At the same time, he has dealt with a big number of civil cases concerning the law of obligation, the property law, the family and the inheritance law, and has participated many times, both at the advisory level and at the procedural level, in sale, purchase and lease of real estate. He was an external legal partner of the Alfa Bank in the field of collection of claims from securities, for the period from 2010 to 2015, and recently acquired the certification of the Athens Bar Association for the examination of adequacy on the cognitive field of the the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
He has participated in cases that have formed case law, indicating that in a case representing the civil suit the decision n. 3/2016 of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court was finally issued, which declared unconstitutional the abolition of the case. d) of article 263 A of the previous Penal Law. Also in a civil case representing the accuser the decision n. 4557/2014 of the Multimember Court of First Instance was issued which was the first decision in Greece of a Multimember Court of First Instance which declared unconstitutional the court fees in the action for declaratory judgment. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Union of Greek Criminologists, the Union of Criminologists and Lawyers and the Society for Family Law, he speaks fluently the English language and adequate the French language.
