Malama Karafyizi graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2004. She has been living and working for the last 16 years in Alexandroupolis, Evros, she is a lawyer and an active member of the Alexandroupolis Bar Association. She is an insurance company associate and a legal consultant for corporations. At the same time, from 2006 to 2011 she served as a regular professor at the Police Academy of Didymoteicho in cadets and special guards. From 2008 until today she deals with issues of lands and for years she has been intensively employed in the provision of legal services during the cadastral phase at the cadastral office of Alexandroupolis (2008-2015) and as head office of cadastral office of Komotini (2018-2019). She is acquainted with English, German and French language and undertakes official translations. In April 2015 she received the basic training of mediators of the "Institute of Training Mediators of Alexandroupolis" (in. MS. D. A) and since January 2019 she is an ACCREDITED MEDIATOR by the Ministry of Justice. From 2015 until today she has attended international and domestic mediation seminars, especially in matters of family mediation, with the aim of more effective judicial or extrajudicial settlement of cases.

Andreas Floros graduated from the Law School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1999. He lives and works in Aigio Achaia, is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and an active member of the Aigio Bar Association. He has attended numerous seminars related to the above subjects, speaks excellent English and satisfactory French.
